The popular skiing resort of Bakuriani is in the Borjomi  gorge, on a northern slope of Trialety ridge in an environment of unique coniferous forests and the Alpine meadows.

Summer here cool (air temperature in July-August doesn’t exceed 15 °C). Bakuriani is family and children’s resort which will give you the chance perfectly to relax and have a rest. It is possible to walk on foot or on horses in coniferous and deciduous forests, to inhale curative air, to eat environmentally friendly food.

Thrill-seekers rock-climbers can visit Bakurianistskali’s gorge with exits of relic crystal breeds. The gorge bottom, which depth makes about 300 meters, is filled up by the huge – on 20-30 meters – six-sided crystals, and steep slopes overgrew thickets of wild blackberry.

 

And in the winter in Bakuriani it is possible to ski and skate, a sledge, a snow-storm, to walk in the park, sweep on a horse. Of course and in the winter you receive huge pleasure from rest.
