Lashichala – the balneological resort of local value which is in Tsageri, in the valley of the river of Ladzhanuri at the height of 800-900 m from sea level. Lashichala treats the resorts of Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svanetiya. All resort is covered with deciduous and coniferous forests.

 

Together with curative climate an important natural medical factor are carbonic hydrocarbonate sodium magnesium-calcium and sodium-calcium waters. Water is used for drinking treatment and bathtubs. In the resort the bathing building and boarding house in which procedures can be begun from May to November is opened. Here treat patients with diseases of the digestive system, bodies of the movement and a support, nervous system.
